Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your participation in The Great Andhra Pradesh Handloom Gala and Crownara events, organised by FFH & AARVV Vallabhaneni Studios. Please read all clauses carefully before completing your registration.

REGISTRATION POLICY
- Participation requires a mandatory registration fee of ₹599.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Submission of the registration form does not guarantee final selection.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to college students (both male and female).
- Open to all male and female individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must provide accurate personal and educational details.
- The organizers reserve the right to verify submitted information.
SELECTION PROCESS
- This is a selection-based event.
- Participants will be shortlisted based on internal evaluation criteria.
- The decision of the organizing team is final and binding.
- Selected participants will receive a confirmation intimation along with their official selected poster.
FINAL PARTICIPATION FEE
- Selected participants must pay a final participation fee of ₹3,999.
- Failure to complete payment within the given timeline may result in cancellation of the selection.
STYLING, OUTFIT & GROOMING
- Selected participants will be provided with handloom sarees or dhotis.
- Basic makeup and jewellery styling will be arranged by the organizers.
- All outfits and accessories are for event use only and must be returned after the event.
- Participants must cooperate with the styling team and follow assigned looks.
DRESS CODE & PARTICIPATION
- Participants must be willing to wear handloom attire as assigned by the organizers.
- Participants must maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism throughout the event.
MEDIA & USAGE RIGHTS
- The organizers reserve the right to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings of participants.
- Content may be used for promotion, marketing, social media, and documentation purposes.
- No additional compensation will be provided for such usage.
EVENT CHANGES
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, venue, format, or schedule if required.
- Participants will be informed of any major updates in a timely manner.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
- Participants must follow all instructions given by the organizing team at all times.
LIABILITY
- The organizers are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the event.
- Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
ATTENDANCE & COMMITMENT
- Selected participants must attend all rehearsals, briefings, and event schedules.
- Absence without prior approval from the organizing team may lead to disqualification.
PAYMENT POLICY
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payment once made cannot be adjusted or carried forward to a future event or date.
DISQUALIFICATION
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for rule violations, misconduct, or non-compliance with any of the stated terms.
AGREEMENT
By registering for the event, the participant confirms and agrees that:
- All provided information is accurate and complete.
- They accept all terms and conditions stated herein.
- They agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the organizing team.
- They consent to media usage rights as described in Section 7.
